Pumpkins, bribing, and the middle child....

Monday, October 25, 2010

My family and I set out to pick pumpkins. I tried to make it a fun event where I might be able to get some shots. The ethics of using your kids is debatable I realize, and even more so when it means bribing them with hordes of chocolate and other sugary stuff, and getting real mad when they don't cooperate. Yet I bribed, wooed, and cajoled in between deep breathing. My youngest fell asleep on the way up and woke up as a monster. My oldest, was keen on posturing her new attitude. So it was only my middle child who sort-of gave me something with which to work.
